Beth Jaeger-Skigen is a Licensed therapist and internationally recognized therapist, educator, and speaker. She completed both her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Pennsylvania and has more than two decades of experience helping individuals and couples create more authentic, connected, and wholehearted lives.
Beth is faculty at the San Francisco Center for Emotionally Focused Therapy (SFCEFT), where she teaches and supervises clinicians in Attachment Theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). She also teaches at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur and 1440 Multiversity, offering experiential workshops that integrate emotional healing, embodied awareness, and relational connection.
She is a Certified EFT Therapist and Supervisor, endorsed by the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT), and a Certified Daring Way™ and Rising Strong™ Facilitator, trained directly with Dr. Brené Brown in London through the International Training Program.
In addition to her clinical and teaching work, Beth serves as a Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist and Researcher. She has been a Lead Therapist in Phase 3 of the COMPASS Pathways Psilocybin Study. She supports clinical innovation in psychedelic research and integrative care models. Her work bridges evidence-based psychotherapy with emerging approaches in consciousness and healing.
Beth provides executive and organizational consulting, leadership development, and critical incident debriefing for Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and schools. Her consulting practice focuses on fostering emotionally intelligent leadership, resilience, and authentic communication within teams and organizations.
