Beth Jaeger-Skigen, LCSW 19235

 

Beth completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Pennsylvania. She attended the International Training Program in London in Daring Way™ and Rising Strong™ led by Dr Brené Brown and is a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator and Rising Strong™ Facilitator. Beth is also endorsed by the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy as a Certified EFT Therapist and Supervisor.

Beth teaches and supervises therapists in Attachment Theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as Faculty at the San Francisco Center for Emotionally Focused Therapy (SFCEFT). Beth is on the Faculty at Esalen Institute, Big Sur and is on the faculty at 1440 Multiversity.

Beth is committed to working with the community and to empower people to make choices that move them closer to living the lives they want. She is passionate about encouraging and helping people to identify and reduce the choices that take them further from what they want and deserve. Beth is empathic and grounded and she shows up with her full self and full heart in all of her work. Clients appreciate that Beth is real, proactive, and attuned to their experience.

Beth Jaeger-Skigen is an international speaker at conferences on topics including infertility, relationships, parenting, life and job transition, separation/divorce, anxiety, and grief and loss.

Beth is frequently interviewed in the media about mental health, relationship issues, and fertility related issues. She has been the featured therapist on several radio, television shows and webinars. She has published a variety of articles and provides international webinars and teleseminars. Beth Jaeger-Skigen provides leadership development, organizational consulting and critical incident debriefing to Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits and schools. Beth Jaeger-Skigen works with people to have more satisfying relationships and meaningful, connected and whole–hearted lives.
