Beth Jaeger-Skigen provides a wide range of therapy services including individual, couples, and group psychotherapy. She provides consultation, workshops and leadership and organizational development. Beth also leads ½ day and full day personalized couples “intensives.”

Beth also specializes in all aspects of infertility and pregnancy related issues. Additionally, she specializes in couples therapy. Beth supports individuals achieve satisfaction in their personal relationships, grief and loss, and assists with life transitions.

Beth Jaeger-Skigen is a certifed EFT couples therapist and supervisor as approved by the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy.  She is on the faculty at the San Francisco Center for Emotionally Focused Therapy and she teaches and supervises the EFT model to licensed therapists. She is also faculty at Esalen Institute and 1440 Multiversity.  She is certified as a Rising Strong™ and Daring Way^TM Faciliator which is based on the research of Brené Brown.
